First time piping up although I've found many valuable articles here. I thought I would quickly share my experience. Honestly, I've gone through many spudgers. Plastic, metal, dental tools etc. I had never found one that would last and do the job I wanted until I became annoyed buying spudgers by the 10 pack and decided to make one. Started with a small pry bar, knocked off the handle and with the help of a bench grinder, bench sander, rotary tool, and several grits of sand paper this is what I came up with and it works better than anything I've ever used.
