the other issue is a CPU fan puts out so little CFM (60-80 CFM) compared to a deskfan which will put out 200-350 CFM. Granted the CPU fan uses considerably less power, and this one being solar power driven, but the meager airflow will not allow it to do much at all. A deskfan by itself blowing at you will feel a lot more cooler than this contraption
people still thinking this is a good idea. you spend more money in freezing the ice, over time, than you would with a simple AC unit.
