    I am aware that this response was written three years ago, however I felt the need to inform you that in the second to last sentence in the sixth paragraph "their" needs to be changed to "his or her." This is called pronoun confusion, now a days rather than saying "his or her" people trying not be gender specific so they wind up saying "their." Their is a plural pronoun and does not agree with the singular antecede nt (singular pronoun=singular antecedent and plural pronoun=plural antecedent). Even though is sounds correct being "their" it is very much wrong.
