Noob here. If you kill the yeast, how does the sugar get consumed in the keg to add carbonation?
Do you always have to add priming sugar? I've seen some repices that you don't and they came out fizzy.
Love this. A few questions. Did you add priming sugar before bottling? If so, did you need to kill the yeast to stop fermentation? If you didn't prime, did you just bottle and hope there was enough sugar left to carbonate?
