I forgot to mention in that answers advice: you should grab a few photos, even after the fact and do a slideshow of what the old and new capacitors look like, perhaps how to desolder and resolder them -- could save a lot of people a lot of monitors!
To tell you the truth I was thinking just that the only problem is that I only took photos of the board with the bad caps not of taking the monitor apart.
