nice love the Crest, is there anyway I could get the vcarve files, I would love to make one on the X-Carve CNC

I used a Free program called Inkscape, I printed the USA map in pieces, then glued them together. Check out my Mustang Pony cutout, it explains it a little better.

I made another sign using the same pattern, without the bullet holes. This one for my Grandfather's Farm

I used a 3 inch long 12 TPI Scrolling Wood Jig Saw blade HCS T-Shank from Dewalt. But any Jigsaw blade that is made for scroll saw work should work fine. You just want a blade with at least 12 teeth per inch, and as narrow as possible to maneuver the curves.
