I have actually been doing this unintentionally for quite a while. I only eat during a certain time and drink water only during the rest. I never really thought of it as fasting, I just wasn't hungry and have been eating only when I am truly hungry. I have lost over 100 lbs in the last year. I exercise, as well, but not as much as I should or as much as I will be doing beginning this week. Nothing else has ever worked for me. I have never tried diet pills or anything pharmaceutical because I am on anti depressant medicine that would interact badly with them. So, now, I do this and restrict my calorie intake, making sure that my calories are from healthy sources, and as I said, have lost quite a lot of weight this last year. I am not yet where I want to be, but I am getting there. :) Great share! :)
