By dead, I meant at the absolute minimum limit of 2.5V.
Thanks! I guess a lot of us have the same idea anyways. ;)Most of the batteries were still okay, even though the pack iteslf was already near the end of its life. I guess that the two batteries (out of six) that were already dead were the culprits.Anyways, I still have to try different 12V power supplies, with max currents higher than 2A. The 2A source does not deliver enough power to both charge the batteries and power the board, so the batteries end up drained when the monitor is plugged in. I'll post updates once this is tested, and please let me know if you've figured a way to charge the batteries while it's being used.
I still found a few issues with charging the batteries. I'll try a few methods to see how to solve the problems, and then post them asap. Thanks for the great comment.
