About:I am an internal system support specialist for a telecommunications company in the US. I have written programs and scripts to assist my customers over the years, ranging from small scripts for individuals, to a 2007 Daylight Saving Time patch intended for 6000 computers, but used on over 120,000 company computers running a Windows OS which had reached its end-of-life for support from MS, saving the company millions in support $. I forgot to mention, technically I am not a programmer!
I like doing things myself. I've installed my own automotive security systems and sound systems. I've built my own electronic gadgets including an LED voltage monitor for an auxillary battery used to power my auto sound system. I've built subwoofer enclosures for myself and others. One of my most enjoyable achievements was building/installing an awesome-sounding system back in the late 90's in my sub-compact car. Wish I still had that car!
