Did you ever get around to creating the fog machine remote? I am trying to convert my fog machine to be triggered off a motion sensor. I can't seem to figure out how to wire the motion sensor to replace the existing switch on the pendant. Any advice? I can send you some pictures of what I am trying to do.

I did not get around to doing it. Things came up, and I'm back in school so not much time. The problem with a motion sensor switch is that it would have to stay on a certain amount of time for the fog machine to activate. So you would have to rig it up on a timer. Other then that it shouldn't be too hard as long as you match the schematic types. IE Closed circuit, open circuit.

As for the timer, you're right. Fortunately the motion sensor I got is a replacement for an outdoor floodlight that has a couple different settings. One being a "test" setting that goes on for 5secs and then turns off. It should work pretty well.
