Yea I'm using the latest jessie build so I'm fairly confident that that is the issue. Unfortunately I've just gone on holiday so won't be able to test for awhile. I was going to write a multi boot sd card with a couple of jessie builds and Ubuntu mate on to test it properly. Let me know how you get on in the mean time, otherwise it's nice to know I'm not alone!

Yea no error message at all and I've set the exposure up to 5 seconds so I should saturate it quite easily. Ive not managed to get it going with oacapture or indi (in terms of taking images) but it connects fine. I guess it's a problem with image formatting or USB bandwidth. Has anyone tested the 120mc USB current draw? It works fine on my windows laptop.

Hey man, great project. I'm trying to get it going on a Rpi 3 with Jessie using a asi 120mc but am having issues. The code compiles and runs fine but all it returns are black, zero value images. Its sat in a well lit office so I would atleast expect to see something regardless of the gain or exposure settings (which ive varied). Any thoughts? Hopefully im just missing something obivous
