    HOHOHO that's such a funny comments/insults, I thank you for the opportunity to show you how wrong you are. With some common sense and little research, I found out that anything harder than glass will scratch glass (that's the common sense bit) and cutter blades are harder than normal steel due to them needing to keep a sharp edge (the research bit) and fight wear and tear (also the research bit). In answer to your question "no a baby did not teach me geology"Didn't anyone teach you to think before speaking?And to your friends below...blades for knife cutters are not just normal steel and the scale or wiki page you sent me to does your augment more harm than good as hardened steel is above glass and will scratch it easilyEven your ordinary buck knife has enough vanadium in it to make it hard enough to scratch glass as it has a hardness of 59.5-6.1 on the Rockwell scale...Your one line insults with no argument posed is enough for me to know I am dealing with some foolish people.
