Hello! Welcome to Instructables!

My 5-yr-old and I together made your mom's basic recipe for play-dough about an hour ago, and he has been playing with the dough ever since! We used tempera paint for color, as we had no food coloring, and it worked great. We used corn starch in the kneading to smooth out the somewhat granular consistency, and that made the dough even more awesome! It was so easy for the little guy to do...a big THANKS, Jenna!
