This looks like a cool project to use in like making a Sous-vide cooker. You could have used the 3d printer to create a pointer for the Servo also, that would have been intersting.I only noticed one small problem that you did in using fritzing and laying out your project. Connecting the 9V across the Data - and the PWR wires in the USB connector could burn out the USB adapter chip on the board. I would recommend using the V in pin on the Arduino board located in the same area as the power pins you are using. I only know this from killing one of those boards. Expensive mistake for one of the all SMT parts UNO.
