I'm guessing for a SUPER low budget solution just using the relay, soldering the contacts, and using liquid electrical tape over the contacts and then placing the relay on top of the garage opener without a project box and using an old cut off computer cable would do this for like $5 + the z-wave switch outlet ($29) + contact sensor ($22) = $56I'm trying to be super cheap... but still safe obviously.
