I've heard it's good for seasoning cast iron. I've yet to try, so I can't vouch for the quality.Also, while it may be a good laxative, your best and healthiest option for relieving constipation is by eating more fiber. Get a blender, put in green leafy veg, so fruit, some water, turn on and drink it down. You'll get vitamins, nutrients and clean yourself out. This method is great - you'll get more than your daily dose of fruit/veg in one go and it takes little prep work. Plus, you won't add oil, butter, salt, etc like you would if you cooked it - though you should still eat your cooked veg.
