    Police: Never answer questions, Never consent to searches. Ask if your being detained, If the answer is no...Walk away! If the answer is yes...Ask why, Ask: Have I committed a crime or do you think I was about to commit a crime? Record everything!Answering questions is very bad even if your telling the truth and are innocent...The statements you make can be taken out of context and/or misunderstood by the cop, and when/if court time comes...the words the officer speaks in court can be misunderstood by a jury or court official. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! They are in the Bill of Rights...READ IT! , LIVE IT! all else is contract law.
