So cool. Great job. Have you thought of active stability? A small flight controller in axis lock mode and a couple servos would keep it flat and running straight.
Awesome. There's no such thing as to many clamps. Now I can make my own. :)But as a suggestion, try JB Weld instead of epoxy. It'd make it bullet proof.
