I was on a diet the is similar to this. On that plan a person would take a serving is food and no more. When I stopped I still felt hungry and wanted to continue eating but about a half hour later felt satisfied. I ate 3 meals a day that way with no snacks in between. I was losing 2 to 3 pounds a week. I am sure your system works just as well. The diet I used was one recommended by the American Heart Association. I find that the biggest obstacle to my weight loss is watching TV. I tend to want to snack while watching TV. Thanks for your information. I am going to give it a try.
