Apologies for the comment. I figured it out. I actually had to modify the sodar code to work with HC-SR04. Next time I'll stop, take a deep breath and relax my mind before opening my big mouth lol. I guess I was just frustrated after the hours of studying. Thank you so much for your response!
Hi,I am trying to create this project and to verify that the code is work, I connected the arduino to the distance sensor. Then I uploaded the sodar code to the arduino. Then, ran the Processing code but nothing appears on the processing "radar looking" screen. It is as if the sensor isnt working or the arduino and processing arent communication. I assumed the latter so I also tried to upload the serial code (not sure if i needed to upload that) but I am getting errors in the code. The errors say that many variables arent declared. 1. Must I upload the "serial" arduino code in order for the project to work?2. If so how do I fix these errors?3. If not how do I get the "dots" to appear in processing?PLEASE HELP
