Nice one. Spent days trying to make a switch that would work when it was opened but they were all a bit dodgy so I used a split pin that would turn on the base.

Thanks - don't get me wrong, I liked Visuino and I'm sure some people work better like that but I need to see how things work- your sensor program works a lot better than mine but I just can't make sense of your code! All a bit too clever for me...

I don't see why not - personally I wouldn't bother if you could still use the EV3 programmable brick but I know there's a lot more cool sensors and stuff which I'd like to see if they could work with the Arduino
