    Overlapping Tandem Barn Doors

Exactly, necessity is definitely the mother of invention. I am just hoping my wife does not see your post...then she will know she can have barn doors anywhere...even with limited wall space!

Thank you. A few old boards, some steel stock, and few hours of time...much better than dropping $350-$500 for a cookie cutter door kit!

Cut and paste the following in the search box on homedepot.com:3 in. diameter pulley with straps and axle bolts (2-pack)I used these garage door pulleys for my single barn door and they worked great. $4.62 for a 2-pack. They also sell 4 inch pulleys if you have a heavier door or want a beefier look ($9.51 for a 2-pack).
