Billt2 is correct. https://www.amazon.com/Alden-8430P-Grabit-Damaged-...This set has a left hand drill bit on one end and an easy-out on the other. Must use with the drill set in reverse. Sometimes the stripped screw backs out when you are drilling it since the rotation of the drill is counterclockwise.
Nice Job!!! After a collapse you could use cut up car tires for sole replacement, but you would need to carry contact cement. Could the soles be stiched to the boots?

Carry the needles and thread, stiching usually gives out first on boots. Just need to restitch them.
