The pdf only contains the ear sockets to demonstrate how you line up the image and the cutting files (the dxf). What you really need to do is take the PDO file and open it in pepakura viewer, from there you can scale it to be the right size for your own head before printing it to pdf.

I changed the cover image, I can't decide if a laser or a single puzzle is better. Ideally I needed one picture of a puzzle collection but I don't have it to hand. Many of those puzzles show completed images which is the solution (especially for the tray puzzles).

I had a much larger outlet hole in the middle and mine was up to deafening levels of volume (when the membrane was stretched really tight). I like the membrane on this, seems much easier to get in place. I'll definitely be taking another go at mine soon.http://msraynsford.blogspot.co.uk/2016/08/noise-ma...

This looks like a great project and I would like to replicate some of the parts, are you going to be showing us how you achieved it, with source code, wiring diagrams and drawings?

I second this, PVC is one of the materials that you really shouldn't be laser cutting so it would probably be wise to mention it in the instructable and your blog post as well as just the machines user manual

I do all my drawing with Inkscape, it's free, cross platform and good. You can download it, open the files in there and try to resave them as something that works for corel.
