Great job! Also another little tip for the case where you are repairing a pipe. Of course you should turn off the supply valve and let the water drain, but in case the supply valve still allows a very slight trickle of water past it, you'll pull out your hair trying to solder it... Shove a sizable chunk of bread into the pipe to temporarily stop the leak and quickly solder your joint. The bread will quickly flush out when you turn the water back on.
Being a farmer, let me advise you to find a a place that will take your chickens off your hands just in case you see that they aren't just fun and games, especially for you city folks. Be sure there are no ordinances or laws prohibiting you from having them. Also, remember that most hens quit laying at about 16 or 17 months (yes, there are exceptions). So whatcha gonna do with em then?

Man Up is right. All of those kits do fix your headlights temporarily, but in a few months you'll be shaking your head and looking for a different product. Don't waste your time and money on those. The only permanent solutions is to sand and seal the headlights. I did this to (2) cars almost several years ago and they are still nice and clear. The only thing I did different was after sanding, I applied Rust-Oleum clear coat.
I have patched and installed walls many times, but I do not sand any of it at all. Here is what I do, with excellent results and no dust:- Apply the joint compound as usual and let it dry, at least overnight- Fill a bucket half full of water- Dip an old terrycloth wash cloth or part of a towel in the water and ring it out a some- Wipe back and forth across the joint, occasionally rinsing the cloth. Do this until the joint looks good. The cloth material will intentionally give the joint a little texture- Let it dry and get ready to be amazed (and dust-free)
