Do you add any salt before pressure cooking chicken? Do you cut out the bones?
I've enjoyed reading all the comments, I have goat skins in the freezer I would like to tan. There are also plenty of varmints around that like to kill my chickens, I'm thinking about learning to trap as well. I have been told that every animal has just enough brains to save it's hide, guess I'll find out.brains to save
