mine cost about 20 with everything, the led was 10, I had a heats ink laying around (if you look hard enough you probably have one) and the step up chip was like 6, I am using an outlet power source tho, if you want to use batteries then it will probably be 50 just for the batteries (at least where I am)
I bought mine on ebay for 10 bucks, lights up my backyard like daytime, I guess just try another source
