After high school I entered The United States Marine Corps. and finished my tour in 1989 with trips to Germany, Denmark and Norway. I then moved to Fort Meyers Fl. where I lived for two years and worked as a cook. In 1991 I moved to Waterville Maine and worked as a chef in 5 different Resturants including two four star spots.
