About:Dr. Otmane El Rhazi received the B.Sc. degree with honour rank in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2004 and M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics in 2003/2004, from University Paris 6, France. Dr. El Rhazi is now a full time Engineer in Image Treatment, Defence and Security. His research interests are in biometrics recognition such as face and iris, imaging processing, image/video compression, online security, and multimedia content encryption. Dr. El Rhazi has authored and co-authored more than 50 publications and he is currently writing one research manuscript. Dr. Otmane El Rhazi is a Junior Member of IEEE, providing ISO models and attending the quarterly meetings. He received many prizes, the best Ph. D student award and a studentship from the Moroccan government, scientific award and so on. He is a referee of many known international standing journals and conferences. Dr. El Rhazi’s working papers includes Algorithmic Search, Information Retrieval, Pattern Recognition, Data Processing, and Performance Analysis. Dr. Otmane El Rhazi spent much focus to computer vision research on understanding and recovering the three-dimensional world. The problem is more challenging for dynamic objects and it get worse for video recompilation. Dr. Otmane El Rhazi’s objective is to learn representations for the facial shapes and proposes a reconstruction and tracking algorithms. In particular, some of his research is focused on this problem within the city’s police camera analysis context and airport access and filtering. Dr. Otmane El Rhazi is acting as a member of professional investor, advice panel and also as News publisher for journals and blogs. Putting his research into practice, Dr. El Rhazi was also involved with assistances and volunteer organizations promoting active solutions, such as Living Streets, and Transport and Health Study.
