Hi. Sorry for the delayed response. The dimensions will be dependent on the size of the person who will be wearing it. You will need to measure and scale the papercraft template to get the dimensions. Hope this helps!

I don't have them any more. Just search Google for "Minecraft Steve papercraft" and use the advanced features to search for large size images... this will give you the highest resolution.

It sure is... that was the first episode. You can just make out the beach scene in one of the pics (along with Charlie, of course!)
final material cost was probably around $700-1000... most of it being the wood.
