I got some cool stuff for christmas that are coins. From my parents: All 50 state quarters, 24K gold plated From my dad only: Crisp uncirculated 1935E Silver Certificate 1$ (Originally his) From my Grandmom: Some treasure chest with tons of wheat pennies, 2 steel pennies, 1946 nickel, buffalo nickel, "V" Nickel, and mercury dime. And an unknown (but amazing) grade morgan dollar.
Nice. It really helps to keep a coin book and a notebook near your collection to document your coins. This really helps in the long run, so you do not have to continuously go back to your coins to check which ones you have, along with their grades.
