About:Hi :0) My name is Lyn I'm a daughter, sister, wife, aunt, mother, grandmother, friend, artist, writer, and a singing in the shower Canadian. All these roles are intertwined and have made me who I am. They are gifts, and I am thankful. I trained as an EMT (paramedic) in the USA and at college in Canada, I majored in Human Development focusing on the needs of Children and Adults with Physical and Develpmental exceptionalities. My life is enriched by supporting people with intellectual and physical challenges. The individuals I have the honour of working with teach me many valuable lessons about life and our interconnectiveness with one another. As I get older, I feel more secure in who I am and have had many opportunities to know that I am loved by God. Instructables is my favourite site. It's a friendly and sharing community, full of kind people with fabulous ideas! Announcement! "Henry the Prickly Porcupine" by Lyn Anne Cooper (me) is now available at Amazon.
do you have a photo of your gnome door? I am attempting to make an Irish door with a knocker and some other parts. Please let me know if you can share a photo!! Thanks.
Hi, thanks for your contribution to my 'ible and for the encouraging patch! I only did my first instructable a few weeks ago so I'm still learning. Just found out what a patch was! I love the variety of contributions on the site, and the way people share their knowledge & experience- fun for all (and sometimes even useful!)
Thank you for the subscription, I'm trying to do a few projects at home but I've recently started work, with homework and 5 friends birthdays all in one week (think of the presents!) I'm a bit behind on everything, so there probably won't be much by me till a bit after Easter.
Hi :0) I'm not too sure what you're asking. I've been a member since Dec.14, 2008, so I guess six months is relatively new. My question might go back to the times when I couldn't get into the site and had to create a new name and password just to read the neat stuff, and then somehow , magically, my original name and password would work again in a few days. I guess my question would have looked redundant since I was actually on the site lol. BTW, your Instructables are really good!
