  • How to make chocolate chip cookies without butter

    These were great! More on the cakey side and not too sweet. So awesome!I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil (resulting in a really subtle and pleasant coconut taste). I also used 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead of 3/4 cups of white sugar. Also, because I added brown sugar, I left out the honey. I also left out the cocoa powder. My ingredients looked more like this:1 1/2 cups all purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup vegetable oil1 large egg1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
