Hi, I have done a small scale work on mcirobial fuel cells. In our work we used sewage water for in fuel cells. I realised half way thru the work that we needed carbon source and due to shortage of carbon source we had the problem of low voltage. I am very keen to look at plastics as a carbon source in such a fuel cell. Plz do get back as I am very keen on using plastic as carbon source in fuel cells.

Hello, thanks for the comment. I would be interested to hear more about your fuel cells, but I think that there is a good possibility that plastic could work as your carbon source. If you give me some more info on how you are setting up your fuel cell I can give you some input.
