About:I am a 14 year old vegetarian and I love animals. I enjoy cooking, photography, singing, reading, playing the cello, the piano and fencing. I am fluent in American Sign Language and I am learning hebrew. I love traveling and have gone all over the world. I have a boston terrier, a russian blue cat, a guinea pig and 4 adorable chickens. I am in a youth orchestra and have been playing my cello for 3 years. I love musicals! My favorites are Les Miserables, Avenue Q, Miss Saigon, Spring Awakening, and Book of Mormon. My favorite tv shows are Big Bang Theory and Doctor Who. I recently got and arduino and I am enjoying making arduino related projects.

I like Bones too, did fencing long time ago and yes .. we have 4 egg laying

What does "Molecular" mean as in Molecular Root Beer ?

Thank you! Molecular refers to molecular gastronomy which is a type of cooking. It's actually very interesting. Several different types of food additives are used to change the textures of the food. In my molecular root beer float I used agar agar (thickening agent) to create little balls of root beer.
