Good words indeed.. Thou I have a question. Currently im in week two of a strength plan our coach gave us. I'm an amateur crossfiter and the training is very demanding. Would you recommend me to go for this even though I need the energy from food to lift the weighs in the morning. I'm kind of confused. Hope you can help me cause I've been in this road quite a while as well. Having a gastric by pass at 21 helped me loose 50 kilos, but in my mind I'm the same fat kind who just wants to eat whatever comes the way. Kind regards!
