Here's the trigger mech from the Z3. The third image is only of the middle layer, the outer two were removed for the image.

Yeah, the innovative thing about it is that it operates with a snowflake connector that only has 6 pegs, the 6 pegged one never disengages from the system though because the angle between the 2 cogs is different than the angle between the gaps where the other 2 pegs should be (therefore the system always has a non blank spot to push) and the 2 cogs perfectly equal application of pressure and synchronized movement prevent a jam from a misalignment (this is achieved because the 2 cogs are being rotated by the same source- the cog directly behind them).

All the stuff I've tried on the 3252 so far has failed. My next step will be to use stronger glue.

I've had a lot of homework too though. One of my teachers expects us to be able to read entire novels in a few days (I can't, I've been reading the beginning, the end, and sampling the middle).

Your first two sentences are well stated, thank you very much. There's nothing better than someones appreciation of our own work based on their comprehension of it, this is true in art as well. Yeah, it needs the elaborate mech because of the six pegged cog and it needs the six pegged cog because 2 of the slots were taken by rods (those blue rods are cut off on both ends in the real version of the gun by the way). And the rods were necessary because they provide a much stronger connection than tan connectors do.

Lol.

Sounds like you probably have ADD like I do. Which is not a bad thing, people with ADD have higher IQ's and extreme concentration abilities for certain tasks. It's actually a gift. Look it up online to learn more and see if you have it. It's important to understand how your brain operates so that you can become a better learner.

And yeah, the other students in my class seem to be able to read a book in a couple days no problem. I know my grandmother can read an entire book in an hour or two before she goes to bed at night. I think most neurotypical (normal brained) people can do it. I read at about the same rate that you do. Do you also find yourself reading the same sentences and paragraphs over and over again a lot especially when you just open the book? Because that's what I do.

About the method, yeah it worked great last week. I only read about 10 pages in the middle, the last chapter, and read a summary of the book online. I was one of the most talkative in the class when we discussed the book and I was able to pick up even more from listening to the other students as well as the teachers comments on the events of the book, which I was then able to comment on even more. I thoroughly understood the book by the end of the class that day, and I think people would have laughed in disbelief if I had told them that I only read 30 pages. It might not work with every book though. Make sure to read summaries and stuff about the book online in addition to that and you should be fine though.

Here's the pump from the Z3 that you wanted to see.

All right. No, didn't take more than 15 minutes out of my time to do this. Nice and simple design though eh? I got lucky that the spacing worked so perfectly for fitting the pump on the rails.
