About:I am a vegan Mac geek working full time at an independent health food store while doing one-on-one tech support on the side. I try to garden when the seasons allow, but I literally open my apartment door to a parking lot. My neighbor/friend/coworker ays some yard space, but it is largely shadowy and need plenty of TLC. And maybe fire. My biggest hurdle with gardening right now is finding somewhere to start seeds. The only window with any light is used by the cats; wife won't let me take that away from them. Outside's not an option; I get worried enough about the containers out there annoying a neighbor or the landlord, without also building cold frames etc.
