LOL. I like that!The standing desk thing rose from really no research, and now it turns out that standing in one place puts just as much stress on your body, but more in other places. People have done things to encourage shifting ... but you're right, the human body is not designed to sit, nor stand, in one place for hours on end. Frequent breaks make far more sense.
Same kind of trendy baloney that brought us the Standing Desk now encroaching into our toileting habits.
