thsnks any ideas about making a head that can be punctured in multiple places all over the head like in forehead the cheeks and in between eyes i need to make that for a stage so cant use a computer
Sounds like you need to make a fake head. quickest way is to make a lifecast and swill it with silicone or gelatine. Then back this up with a swillable expanding foam.
