Hey Guys, I've been making pizza with a similar recipe for years and the rolling pin works fine. The real trick tho is to get a pizza plate, or an unglazed tile (such as terracotta). You stick this in the oven at full whack for 10 minutes and get the plate or tile super hot. remove the plate/tile from the oven, place the raw dough on the hot plate and watch it cook for a minute. Now add your toppings and return to the oven under the grill for 5 mins or so. The hot plate act the same way as a proper pizza oven and cooks the base.. no more soggy home made pizza!
