Liquid cooking stock such as beef, chicken or vegetable stock. It doesn't take much as the fats from the beef will cook down and contribute to the liquid. Then I add a little bit of tomato sauce at the end to thicken it up a bit.Hope it turns out for you! I love to add some avocados, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime at the end to brighten the whole thing up. :)
