So, did this twice. First with the standard recipe, then with a 50:50 wholemeal and white mix, adding 1/2 a vit c tablet and a table spoon and a half of olive oil. Never used so much yeast or rehydrated before I make the bread. White was the best I'd ever made. Not tried the brown as its just come out of the oven. White was excellent just waiting for the whole meal to cool

there's a few different colour compounds, each colour usually relates to the grit. Honing compounds rubbed on leather/jeans greatly increase the level of sharpeness you can achieve.
