    yes, my forks are also 90mm, but i removed the plastic end cap and put two long steel levers inside them, cut the slots for the axle as i showed in my instructable, get somebody to pry the forks apart until the 100mm wheel slots in, then tighten the bolts..

    firstly, i would google the site i got my parts, there is now a 8" wheel that is slimmer and used by trikke (albeit different branding of course) or downsize your trikke to the smaller kids one, as an adult you can travel much faster and harder on the smaller trikke and not need a motor, LOL. but back to the parts, if you find the wheel, as the supplier for the whole kit..., my choice on the battery was ok, and it fits in a t12, but wont fit in a t7/8 so get the "bottle" style battery as it will fit a lot better.btw, the battery i got back then is a little shorter on life, but still going strong...
