Great bed, only mistake I see is in the parts list where it lists one 2 x 4 stud framing bracket. You actually need 2, one for each side. I'm thinking of making the mine so the mattress will sit low so, you can see the frame, and I'll pain the frame a glossy black to give it more of an Asian look and feel. I may also staple a long string of blue or white Christmas lights with a dimmer on the inside, so that, it will give off a cool bit of light at night. I have not decided if I want to go with the 4 to 6' x 1' framing around the whole bed as you often see on some platform beds, especial Asian style ones. I have to finish plastering and painting my bedroom before I build the bed.. Again, great bed.
