    3D Printed CNC Mill

You are right AlexCphoto. I bought Sunhokey 3D printer as my first 3D Printer. Although it cost me only $160 and I had to calibrate again and again. At the end I build my own printer using parts from Sunhokey. I redesign the frame of Prusa i3 Steel to Prusa i3 2mm Stainless Steel. I name it RemiX and now I'm selling it in Myanmar for $300. As for the printed parts, I prefer ABS for mechanical parts. PLA deform overtime and LM8UU will drop off.

Dear Tamosan, You will have to modify config.h for CoreXY. First look for homing cycle configuration inside the config.h file and change it to look like this.// NOTE: Defaults are set for a traditional 3-axis CNC machine. Z-axis first to clear, followed by X & Y.//#define HOMING_CYCLE_0 (1<<Z_AXIS) // REQUIRED: First move Z to clear workspace.//#define HOMING_CYCLE_1 ((1<<X_AXIS)|(1<<Y_AXIS)) // OPTIONAL: Then move X,Y at the same time.#define HOMING_CYCLE_0 (1<<X_AXIS) // REQUIRED: First move Z to clear workspace.#define HOMING_CYCLE_1 (1<<Y_AXIS) // OPTIONAL: Then move X,Y at the same time.// #define HOMING_CYCLE_2 // OPTIONAL: Uncomment and add axes mask to enableSecondly enable the CoreXY kinem...

Uncomment to enable. Also make sure that you are modifying the config.h file from Arduino libraries folder and not the one from your download folder. Because that's the mistake I keep on doing. After uploading the firmware check for movement. If they are moving in X & Y motion but in different way try sending $3=1 that will invert direction also you might want to swap the X and Y motor connections on CNC Shield. I hope this will help.

    Thanks Misan.

Sorry, my bad. PWM MAX S VALUE should set to 100 as well and my $30=180.

Hi Misan,I have build your machine and it is a success. I redesigned all the printed parts just for fun and I'll post them later on thingiverse. But that is not what I come here to tell you. You said you want to test this machine with Laser Web right? Well, if you haven't try it, I suggest you should. They works perfectly. No more inscape plugins or extensions for extensions to work.I use cprezzi's grbl-servo https://github.com/cprezzi/grbl-servo . It is grbl v1.1f and it can connect to Laser Web 4 which has binaries installer as well. You don't need to install node.js or do some crazy things on command line tool anymore. You can download it here https://github.com/LaserWeb/LaserWeb4-BinariesAfter installing Laser Web 4, go to G-Code setting and change these and you are good to go. I h...
