Beginning to MIG Weld
If you do a fair amount of work, or have a budget for "man toys", they are great to have. Mine justifies a place in my tool box because I use it a often for putting big screws in wood, for removing stuck screws on the machinery, etc.I mentioned the price up front so as not to raise false expectations. This kind of tool needs to be well made.
As others mentioned, the very best tool is an impact driver, if you can budget roughly 150USD. On the outside, they look like a drill. On the inside is a mechanism that forces the bit into the slot at the same time that it turns. After getting one, the times I strip a screw head has gone way down. And if a head does get a bit mangled, it is trivial to remove it and put in a new screw. The deluxe solution, a kit that includes both a drill and driver. Use one tool to pre-drill the hole (and possibly counter sink or counter bore). The pick up the other tool to install the screw.

Welcome to Welding
The leaves of many herbs, for example oregano, can be easily stripped by holding the tip of the stem in one hand and sliding the fingers of the other hand along the stem pulling off the leaves. The "trick" is that one direction along the stem is much better than the other.
