Actually I played around with it some after I posted this and found that replacing the old thermal compound on the motherboards CPU helped to dissipate the heat using the stock fan on the motherboard heat sink. That already had holes cut for it in the casing. You can see the exhaust hold in the rear of the case if you look at step 4. There is also an intake directly under the fan as it is a blower style.
