Pen Cap ShOoter Yeah!

this is not painful but could ITs awesome. it shoots from 10 feet to 30 by the caps u use and how many rubber bands

Step 1: First,

get a pen(like the click ones)
a saw
2-4 rubber bands
duct tape
wood dowel (like chop sticks )
and some time (3 min)

Step 2: Dissect the Pen

read the title.............

cut the front of the pen so th chop stick can slide easily

Step 3: The Hammer Thing

get the chop stick and wrap a lot of tape on it so it doesn't fit in the back of the pen

Step 4: Rubber Bands

put the rubber bands on the clip of the pens and duct tape them
also tape the middle of the two so you have a pad

Step 5: Almost Done

put the chop stick in so the tape is at the rubber band part
put the cap on and fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
