Anti-RPG Quick Kill system - Slo-mo Defence System Goodness. Answered

'the Raytheon system uses an electronically-scanned radar array to detect an incoming anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade, then vertically launches a countermeasure missile that blows the round to smithereens in mid-flight, saving the RPG's intended target.'

All i know, is its one cool slo-mo video, that, and alot of tanks and vehicles are taken out by RPG's, so its a great step forwards.

dang that looks cool, getting it to stabalize must be hard...

Would a few bullets not be easier to use, or a big net, that'd be funny granted dangerous, maybe they could use a machine that lassos the RPG and turns it around...

Doesn't it cause more damage then the RPG?
